About Chloe
My name is Chloe, I have strong tutoring experience and hold a 1st class degree in English literature with creative writing from a Russel group university. I also have experience working with children from a Widening Participation background to improve reading ages and literacy skills, including children with disabilities. I believe that every child should have the opportunity to learn in ways that best suit them, and it is with this philosophy in mind that I plan my lessons and activities to suit each individual child. When students are taught in the best way for them, they can often achieve more than they believed possible, and I want to give as many students as possible this opportunity.

My approach to teaching is individual - no two students are the same, and I aim to teach in ways that suit each specific child. Lessons will be planned according to each child's aims, skills, and specific difficulties to give support where it is needed. Lessons may cover two or three topics which will be revisited during future lessons to ensure understanding and will include a mix of different activities tailored to the individual. Lessons last between 30 and 60 minutes, with introductory sessions usually lasting 30 minutes.
