About Helen
With a focus on asana progression, biomechanics and breathwork, my lively flows will guide you to increased self-awareness, appreciation and confidence. I cater to all levels of experience and encourage you to develop at your own pace. Having grown up internationally, I’m all about recognising the present moment, adjustments in perspective & energy and embracing continuous change – meditation in motion. This is what I aim to bring my students as we flow together. An opportunity to expel negative emotion and find fresh perspective on the mat to carry with you into life off the mat. Through a combination of high-energy vinyasa, ashtanga and restorative yin, my goal is to help you come home to your body, recognise your mental and physical strength and deepen the mind-body connection.

My approach is both intuitive and methodical. We start by evaluating where you are currently and what you would like to develop and focus on most. I will then create a bespoke programme to meet your needs. Lessons can be delivered in person (Leeds & Harrogate area) as well as online.
