About Ava
Last year, I completed my 200hr teacher training in Nepal, in Hatha and Ashtanga and I'm currently training and working with a circus school near Chambèry.
Having been brought up by a professional ballerina mother, I was introduced to dance, yoga and general body/physical awareness from a young age.
I've always danced and moved but I started to really enjoy yoga 6 years ago with my first teacher Claire Porter :)
I've gathered inspiration and learned from different teachers and yoga centers including Doron yoga center in Guatemala and Evolution yoga in Portugal.

Personnellement, j'ai trouvé que le yoga était inestimable pour améliorer ma force physique et, encore plus nettement, mon état d'esprit. C'est un moyen fantastique de se détacher des affaires de la vie et des affaires de notre esprit et de se connecter à ce que l'on ressent vraiment, afin d'avancer dans la vie plus calmement, plus solidement et plus joyeusement.
Je propose des asanas de yoga, des pratiques respiratoires (pranayama) et une relaxation guidée. Je suis détendue et heureuse d'adapter les cours pour mettre l'accent sur différents aspects, la flexibilité, la force, la relaxation, etc.
L'intensité physique de chaque séance peut varier en fonction de votre niveau, de votre humeur et de ce que vous souhaitez.
Ouvert à tous les niveaux et à tous les besoins,
Après un cours, j'espère vous laisser rajeuni physiquement et mentalement et avec plus de conscience,
La conscience est la clé ! :)
