About Harith
I am currently a 3rd (and last) year engineering student at Télécom Paris, one of the best French engineering schools.
I previously followed a scientific preparatory class PCSI-PC* (Maths-Physics-Chemistry) at the Lycée Louis-Le-Grand in Paris, which allowed me to join my current school.

I offer mathematics courses at a level range that goes from 6th to Terminale.
I have 5 years of experience teaching mathematics as a private teacher, either to groups of students or individually.
My conviction is that , in the context of college / high school courses (and even more in higher education), perfect mastery of the course is the key to success.
What is often lacking in students obtaining marks which they consider insufficient is the appropriation of the course: to follow the exercises without understanding the general logic of the course is often a waste of time, whereas more time spent on the course would save a lot of time for more focused exercises.
This is how I work with my students:
- Resume, together, all parts of the course, with the more application examples possible to illustrate. The pupil must be active and ask questions as long as everything does not seem clear to him
- When the lesson is mastered, solving together some basic exercises allowing to confirm the good comprehension of the lesson
- Finally, when the basic exercises are mastered, we move on to progressive level exercises, until we reach deepening exercises at the end of the chapter.
