About Melissa
I am a passionate English major, and more than anything, I love the English language. My favorite thing to do is to help others improve their English writing skills while hopefully transferring some of my enthusiasm to them.
I am currently an English major at a University in California. I passed the AP English Language and AP English Literature exams both with a 4.

When working with a new student, I will take some time getting to know their specific academic struggles and unique style of learning in order to provide a tailored experience.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should think about the specific areas in which they are struggling, as well as what's stopping them from learning as much as they'd like to (i.e., "I'm not sure how write sentences that say exactly what I want to say. My teacher never taught us the foundational concepts necessary for me to improve in my writing").
