I truly enjoyed my sessions with Siri. She was a very impressive dancer with obvious years of experience. I was also surprised with how much she taught me about nutrition. One of the most powerful things was the meditation sessions we had, I felt so relaxed and cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone considering her services!
Siri helped me to design a bespoke daily workout routine, that can be done at home and without any equipment (stretches, body weight exercises etc).
After trying it for a month, I feel more flexible, have more energy, and it has helped my strength in the gym.
Siri also helped me learn yoga, which helps to decompress and relax after a long day at work. Would highly recommend!View more recommendations
