About
There are so many things I love about music and music lessons! Growing up, I found that it was great form of self expression and emotional release. In essence it was my therapy! What I love about music lessons are the many ways they help develop much needed skills in multiple other areas. They help develop self-discipline, memory skills, creativity, confidence, appreciation, and a love of music and the arts. I love that music helps brains grow and develop and the fact that students who are learning music have improved grades and perform better at school. I taught piano lessons while in high school and minored in music in college. I have now taught for 25+ years. I teach private and group lessons through the Let's Play Music Presto program.
