About Wafa
One of my greatest strengths as a tutor is my ability to tailor lessons to meet the unique needs of each student. Whether you're a visual learner or have specific learning challenges, I customize our sessions to fit your style. For example, if you're a visual learner, we'll create dynamic illustrations that make complex biology concepts exciting and unforgettable.
I also offer support beyond academics, helping students with university and job applications to ensure they're fully prepared for the next step in their journey.
With four years of tutoring experience and hands-on experience at Pfizer, I can share valuable insights and guidance to help you excel academically and professionally.

I teach complex biological mechanisms in the form of pictures and diagrams. Bringing long boring textbook explanations to life. I help my students understand the science. The goal at the end of each lesson is for my student to redraw or illustrate the biology back to me, once I am confident with their understanding we will work on exam technique. Ensuring they are able to convert their illustrations to exam board standard text answers.
I specialise in GCSE and A level Biology.
I have 4 years of tutoring experience as well as a placement year at Pfizer. I currently study Biochemistry at the University of Leeds.
I will help with university applications/interviews for free as an extra to the Biology lessons.
