About Esther
I am currently a fourth year medical student at the University of Cambridge. I have a total of four years tutoring experience, two of which were in person based biology revision classes for GCSE students, and a further two based online working specially with high achieving A Level students from disadvantaged backgrounds interested in studying medicine at a Russell Group university.
Outside of my studies I have interests in pursuing research in immunology and extensive volunteer work in ecological conservation, research, and education.
I currently hold a BA Degree and am working towards achieving an MB BChir.

I aim to create 1 hour sessions with half being dedicated to concept based teaching, where careful time is taken to ensure the student learns and understands the scientific concept at hand, and with the second half being used for an applied context, where the student becomes comfortable relaying that understanding into exam question format.
My preference is to teach GCSE and A Level Biology, but I am more than happy to additionally provide tutoring for medical school applicants. This would include personal statement reading, BMAT and interview prep and any further support.
