Hi I’m Ali! I obtained my 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training from NYC's Atmananda Yoga Sequence in 2018. I also received my ESL certificate from ICOES in 2019. As a Certified ESL Teacher and a Certified 500-Hour Yoga Instructor, I am fully committed to helping you succeed in both language learning and personal wellness. With years of experience teaching students of all ages and levels both online and in person, I’m passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where you can truly thrive. My teaching approach is all about you - your needs, your goals, and your personal journey. Whether you’re looking to master English or deepen your yoga practice, I tailor every lesson to fit your unique learning style. I understand that learning can be challenging at times but I am here to guide, support, and encourage you every step of the way. I’m not just here to teach; I’m here to empower you.
