About Danny
My journey into Yoga started as a way to recover from years of playing Gaelic Football. After realising my lack of flexibility and mobility, I turned to Yoga to restore balance to my body. What began as a way to heal physically soon became a powerful tool for personal growth. Over time, I discovered that Yoga was much more than just exercise — it was a path to something much more profound. As I developed my practice, Yoga opened the door to breathwork and meditation, which have become integral parts of both my personal journey and my teaching style. These practices have helped me cultivate a deeper connection to myself and a sense of calm in everyday life. Today, I’m a Yoga teacher passionate about helping others find balance in both body and mind. I’m constantly learning and evolving, blending my athletic background with my increasing understanding of Yoga’s philosophy. I want to offer a space where you can embrace Yoga in a way that feels true to yourself and encourages personal growth.

I tailor each yoga session to the student’s needs, combining breathwork, meditation, and movement to create a balanced practice. My classes range from 30 to 90 minutes and are suitable for all levels. With 500+ hours of training in London and Rishikesh, I specialise in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. I bring experience teaching in boutique gyms, corporate settings, outdoor spaces, and with athletes. Whether you're a beginner or advanced practitioner, I create an inclusive and supportive environment, helping students improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
