Hello, I'm Sonia, originally from Spain. My journey has always been fueled by a passion for well-being, spirituality, and sports, which ultimately led me to the world of yoga. In yoga, I discovered the perfect fusion of these elements, unveiling the profound connection between body and mind. Its daily practice has been transformative, reshaping the way I experience life. About the lesson

In my classes, I invite you to immerse yourself in the grace of Vinyasa Flow, specially tailored for those at the beginner to intermediate levels. My focus revolves around enhancing mobility and fostering a deep awareness of the intricate connection between body and mind.

You'll experience a space dedicated to releasing stress and anxiety as we work together to strengthen your body and increase flexibility. Each session has a flexible duration, catering to your needs, ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

My classes are inclusive, welcoming individuals of all ages. I believe in creating a welcoming environment where each person can explore and enjoy the transformative benefits of yoga.
