About Flavia
I am a dancer who found massive benefits from yoga, both in mind and body. I can say I learnt how to breathe thanks to yoga! I became very passionate with this millenary philosophy, discipline and lifestyle and I practise every day. My students love my classes and they leave the room (both online and offline) feeling brand new, refreshed and regenerated. I am really thankful for yoga!

Whether you want to lose weight, or feel lighter, healthier and more joyful, you will gain amazing benefits with Yoga. I teach all levels and all ages. Lessons are an hour long.
