About Chase

If you’re looking for a tutor who combines deep expertise with genuine care, I bring a proven foundation in both academic knowledge and hands-on experience. As a graduate student in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minors in Counseling and Theatre, I offer a unique blend of scientific precision and strong communication skills. I specialize in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through evidence-based, naturalistic teaching methods that help skills stick in everyday life. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, ascent-based care, prioritizing each learner’s comfort, autonomy, and emotional well-being while promoting meaningful growth. Beyond my clinical work, I also mentor aspiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding them in ethical and effective behavior analytic practices. This dual experience—working directly with learners and training future professionals—gives me the insight to tailor tutoring to individual learning styles and goals. When you choose me as your tutor, you gain a partner who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I will meet you where you are, provide clear guidance, and help you achieve your goals with confidence, all while ensuring the learning process is engaging and supportive.

I am currently a dedicated graduate student pursuing an advanced degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), building upon a solid academic foundation that includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology complemented by formal minors in both Counseling and Theatre. My interdisciplinary training has allowed me to develop a unique perspective that merges the empirical rigor of psychological science with the empathetic and communication-driven skills cultivated through counseling studies and theatrical performance.

Professionally, my work focuses on supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), where I implement evidence-based, individualized interventions that foster meaningful skill acquisition and enhance overall quality of life. I specialize in employing naturalistic teaching methodologies that encourage organic learning opportunities in everyday contexts, ensuring that skill generalization occurs across settings. Central to my approach is a commitment to ascent-based and trauma-informed care, emphasizing respect for each child’s autonomy, emotional safety, and developmental pacing.

In addition to direct clinical work, I take pride in training and mentoring students who wish to pursue becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). I guide them in the application of functional behavioral assessments, data-driven decision-making, and the implementation of sophisticated intervention strategies that align with ethical and best-practice standards. Through this dual focus on both clinical practice and professional development, I strive to advance not only the outcomes of the children I serve but also the quality and integrity of the behavioral health field as a whole.

My ongoing graduate studies continue to deepen my expertise in advanced behavior analytic principles, experimental design, and compassionate care practices, preparing me to contribute to future research and leadership initiatives within the field of ABA. I am committed to integrating scientific insight with humanistic values, ensuring that every intervention I design or supervise is as informed, ethical, and effective as it is empathetic and individualized.
