About Layna
I have always had top grades in my English courses since I was a young child myself. I was not a simple learner, and I too, needed help. I chose tutoring because I want to help the children that are struggling the same that I did when I was in school.
Not all teachers have an advanced way of teaching that will explain more in detail for the kids who do not easily catch on. That is where I come to help, with my lesson plans that I have made to truly help children learn on a level that they understand, and to build up from there and get back on track in school.

My teaching goes beyond the easy learners, I dig deep to ensure children understand what things mean, to be knowledgeable on how to use different forms of words when spelling (ex: you're, your, to, too, two, their, they're, there.) I can teach tons of things in English that are needed in daily life, needed for class and that are needed to help your child pass their English literature classes.
I like to ensure that these children are on track with the other kids, and not behind. I also like to see the child finding interest in learning with me. My lesson plans are fun, but educational.
These lessons are best for, and/or recommended for children struggling with English classes from grades k-5!
