About Matthew
I am a full time freelance musician. I teach guitar, bass, ukulele and piano both privately and in group settings. For over 20 years, I've helped students of all ages reach their musical goals. Whether it's preparation for a school project to just improving on their skill set, there's much to accomplish with my tutelage. Furthermore I'm extremely patient and more importantly encouraging to all I've instructed!
Did I mention I'm also an avid solo performer who sings well too?

I base my approach on how fundamentals can be utilized into the student's personal preferences. While it is extremely important to understand the theory behind music, it can also be fun and exciting to learn with the right instructor!
