About Markus
What happens if you combine a passion for languages with an international mindset, a natural affinity for connecting with people, and a university education in business administration?
Exactly... you become a Business English Trainer.
It all started more than twenty years ago when I was tutoring students. Since then, I’ve had a long and exciting journey, focusing more and more on helping adults improve their English skills to broaden their perspective on career and business.
Over the years, I have underpinned my business knowledge, English skills and experience as a language trainer with specifically selected training at renowned institutions in the field. I attend conferences, participate in workshops and seminars and read relevant articles to keep up to date with my knowledge and constantly expand it. I’ve also published articles myself and given workshops.
Now I specialise in training for team leaders, project managers and other professionals so that they can communicate effectively in international meetings.
Which brings me to you. What’s your story? How can I help you?
Get in touch and we'll hop on a free, no-obligation video call where you can tell me about yourself. Maybe about the challenge you face when speaking English with clients from the UK or Asia. Or about how insecure you are when giving a presentation in front of an international audience. And we'll see together if and how I can help you.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Do you attend international meetings and feel your English is not good enough?
Do you chair meetings and wonder if your messages always get through?
Do you give presentations and are afraid of questions?
Do you get insecure in professional conversations in English and wonder what your conversation partners think of you?
If any of this sounds familiar, I can help you take your English to a professional level so that you’re more confident and ready to lead your team to success.
Hi, I’m Markus. I've helped hundreds of language learners achieve their goals. Now I specialize in training team leaders, project managers and other professionals to speak English fluently and confidently in meetings or when giving a presentation.
If you're working on your Business English, you're probably wasting time by focusing too much on the details and mechanics of the language itself.
As a result, you do not put enough emphasis on your communication skills: Is your message really getting across? Are you achieving my communicative goals? Do your interlocutors understand you? Are they even listening to you? What will they do after they’ve spoken to you?
Achieving these seemingly simple goals can be quite a challenge. My business English training supports you in dealing with this challenge.
In my Business English Masterclass you will learn how to …
- communicate effectively in English in meetings
- lead a meeting that produces results
- deliver a killer presentation in English
- reply to difficult questions
- give constructive feedback
- have a difficult conversation
