About Dimakatso
I am a SAICA Accountant trainee in my third year of articles, I have been offering private tutoring lessons for over a year now. I have tutored over 20 students who have managed to successfuly obtain good grades. I have tutored students on Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation , Management and Cost Accounting as well as Auditing. The experience that I have gained through out my articles has afforded me a more practical understanding of the application of theoritical concepts covered in the modules which also adds value to my tutoring sessions for both myself and the students.

My teaching methodology focuses more on understanding the needs of each students, which involves an analysis of where their strengths and weaknesses are and then working around that to find a balance which would boost their performance. Depending on the results of the analysis lessons could include focus on praciticing application of the theoritical concepts through questions or developing lessons around the understanding of the concepts for students who struggle with grasping the principles. My experience has taught me that each student is different and they have different challenges or needs and should therefore be approached differently.
