About Lizy
I am a passionate and dedicated Accounting and Business educator with more than 34 years of teaching experience. Over the course of my career, I have taught in colleges and universities for 24 years, guiding BCom, BBA, and MBA students, as well as preparing IGCSE and IAL learners for success in their exams.
My strength lies in breaking down complex topics into simple, practical explanations, enabling students to grasp concepts with confidence. Many of my students have gone on to achieve excellent results and successful academic progression.
I bring not only extensive subject knowledge but also patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to every learner’s growth. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged and motivated to reach their full potential. Through online classes, I guide students in Dubai and beyond, ensuring quality learning regardless of location.”

My lessons are interactive, structured, and student-focused, designed to simplify Accounting and Business concepts for all learners. I use a step-by-step approach, combining clear explanations, real-life examples, and past paper practice to ensure full understanding and exam readiness. A typical lesson lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs.
With 34 years of teaching experience — including 24 years as a college lecturer for BCom, BBA, and MBA students, and 10 years teaching IGCSE and IAL — I adapt my methodology to suit both school and university learners. My lessons are ideal for high school students preparing for IGCSE/IAL exams as well as college students pursuing commerce and management degrees.
I believe in building confidence, clarity, and long-term skills, so students not only perform well in exams but also gain knowledge they can apply in their future careers. I am flexible with lesson planning and can begin with any topic or doubt the student needs help with. One of the best ways to secure high marks is practicing past exam papers, which I regularly integrate into lessons to build confidence and exam skills.
