About Jacob
I hold a Certified Accounting Technician qualification from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants from the United Kingdom. I also hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of the Free State South Africa. I have worked as a tutor while was studying at the University of the Free State in 2015 for half a year. In 2020 I was an academic trainee at the University of the free state and my main job was to provide tutorials to accounting first year students. Moreover I have worked in the finance field for about 10 years and I am very passionate about accounting.

I am a kinesthetic learner meaning I learn more by physically engaging with the subject. This helped me a lot as I believe Accounting is a very practical subject as a result my teaching approach entails a lot of practical work. I like giving a brief explanation of what the lesson is all about and then get into the theory of it and then we do more and more practical examples and exercises.
