About Ashim
I’m an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist and competitive Men’s Physique athlete with hands-on experience helping clients improve their physique, strength, nutrition, and overall fitness.
My approach combines professional fitness coaching with real competitive bodybuilding experience. I don’t just create workout plans and diet plans — I focus on understanding each client’s goals, lifestyle, experience level, and current physique to create a practical plan they can actually follow.

My coaching is based on structured training, nutrition, consistency, and measurable progress. As a competitive athlete, I understand the discipline required to transform a physique, but I also understand that not every client wants to become a bodybuilder.
Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, improve your physique, or prepare for a competition, I can build a plan around your individual goals and lifestyle.
I believe good coaching should be personalized, realistic, and sustainable rather than relying on generic workout or diet plans.
