Hi, I’m Joshua Taylor, an 18-year-old chess player with over a decade of experience in competitive and instructional chess. I’ve been passionate about chess since I was seven and started formal lessons at eight. My journey includes representing Namibia at the World Cadet Chess Championships and achieving the distinction of being second overall in the country. I’m dedicated to helping future players grow, improve, and enjoy the beauty of chess. I find great satisfaction in seeing my students develop their skills, gain confidence, and discover the fun of the game. My focus is on teaching calculation, improving tactical skills, and helping you achieve your personal chess goals. Whether you’re new to chess or looking to sharpen your abilities, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s work together to make your next move your best one!
