I’m a dedicated college student passionate about helping others succeed in math. Having excelled in algebra and pre-calculus, I understand the challenges students face and am committed to making these subjects accessible and engaging. I believe in applying real-life examples to help students grasp concepts and see the relevance of math in their everyday lives. My tutoring approach is personalized, focusing on each student’s unique needs and learning style. I’m excited to share my knowledge and help you build confidence and skills in math!

About the lesson

In my sessions I emphasize real life applications of the concepts we cover. I connect mathematical problems to everyday situations, such as budgeting, calculating distances, or analyzing data trends, making the material more relatable and relevant. I incorporate visual examples, like graphs and charts, to help students see how math is used in various fields, from engineering to finance. By aligning our lessons with their school curriculum, I ensure we target the specific skills they need to master. This one on one approach allows me to assess their understanding in real time, tailoring our sessions to address their unique challenges and learning styles, ultimately building both their skills and confidence.
