Whether you’re trying to master a specific trick, improve your technique, or understand why you’ve hit a plateau, I’m here to help. I offer personalized coaching for skills such as front aerials, side aerials, walkovers, handsprings, turns, leaps, flexibility, balance, and overall acro technique. I can also help refine choreography, improve performance quality, and prepare for auditions or competitions.
One of my greatest strengths is movement analysis. I enjoy figuring out why a skill isn’t working—not just telling you to “try harder.” By breaking movement down into clear, easy-to-understand concepts, I can help identify technical errors, strength or flexibility limitations, timing issues, body alignment, and movement habits that may be preventing progress. Sometimes a small adjustment makes all the difference.
Lessons are tailored to your individual goals, learning style, and experience level. Whether you need help fixing your front aerial, building safer technique, increasing flexibility, gaining confidence, or simply becoming a stronger and more expressive performer, my goal is to give you the tools and understanding to continue improving long after our lesson ends.
I believe great teaching is about more than helping someone achieve a skill—it’s about helping them understand their body, move efficiently, and enjoy the process of learning.

Acro, Dance & Movement Coach | 20+ Years of Experience
I’m a professional dance educator, choreographer, and acro specialist with over 20 years of teaching experience working with students of all ages and levels—from young beginners taking their first class to competitive dancers preparing for auditions, conventions, and national competitions.
My approach goes beyond teaching steps. I help students understand why movement works so they can build strength, flexibility, technique, confidence, and artistry in a way that lasts.
I specialize in:

* Turns, leaps, balances, and body alignment
* Contemporary, lyrical, jazz, and musical theater technique
* Performance quality and storytelling
* Dance conditioning and injury-conscious training
* Audition preparation and choreography coaching
As both a teacher and choreographer, I’ve had students earn scholarships, gain acceptance into prestigious summer intensives, perform at high-level events, and compete successfully at regional and national competitions. Whether your goal is mastering a back walkover, improving your extensions, refining your turns, or becoming a more expressive performer, lessons are tailored specifically to your goals.
One of my greatest strengths is movement analysis. I enjoy breaking complex skills into simple, understandable concepts and helping dancers identify the small adjustments that create big improvements. Every dancer learns differently, and I believe great teaching means adapting to the individual rather than expecting every student to fit one method.
Lessons are encouraging, challenging, and detail-oriented. My goal is not just to help you perform a skill today, but to give you the knowledge and body awareness to continue improving long after our lesson ends.
