About Ashutosh
Hello! My name is Ashutosh Gupta, and I am passionate about empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. As a certified life coach, I am committed to helping people unlock their full potential by breaking through the barriers that hold them back from achieving their dreams.
My journey began years ago when I was at a crossroads, feeling lost and overwhelmed by life's challenges. I realized that the most rewarding path forward was to dedicate my life to personal growth and self-discovery. This led me to study various personal development methods, attend workshops, and eventually become a certified life coach.
Today, I am grateful to work with people from all walks of life, supporting them in discovering their true selves, setting meaningful goals, and creating actionable plans to achieve them. My coaching style is a blend of empathy, encouragement, and tough love, all aimed at inspiring lasting change in my clients.
My approach is based on the core belief that we all possess the power to create our desired lives. By tapping into our unique strengths and developing the right mindset, we can overcome obstacles and thrive in every area of our lives. My coaching is conversational, exploratory and highly personalised. I work with people who may be stuck with a goal, unsure about what they really want, underperforming despite having strong potential, navigating a career change, dealing with competing priorities, or pursuing an ambitious idea without knowing how to move forward. Rather than immediately prescribing solutions, I help clients understand what is really happening beneath the surface and then explore different perspectives, strategies and possible actions.
I use a few simple but powerful frameworks to structure this exploration. The Values–Goals framework helps clients connect what they want to achieve with what genuinely matters to them, while the Integrity-Needs-Wants model helps examine whether unmet needs or a disconnect with one's values may be influencing what a person wants. I also use reframing and alternative-strategy exercises when a client is stuck, helping them question whether they need a different goal, a different way of approaching it, or simply a different perspective.
