About Mary

I am 26 years old ADHD, diagnosed at 8. I had to develop a lot of techniques to get around my academic, social, professional, psychological difficulties. I have also done homework help with ADHD children, and I would like to share the fruit of all these experiences with parents who have difficulties to understand and manage their child's disorder.

About the lesson

My approach is totally positive: the goal being to judge neither the child nor the parents, but to find concrete solutions to improve all aspects of everyone's life. Methodology adapted for homework help, for the management and expression of emotions, self-esteem, verbal and non-verbal communication, explanation of treatment (ritalin, concerta).

ADHD helps parents of children with ADHD to understand and survive to it.
