In my class I teach... English courses emphasize reading and writing. Through interpreting the written word, writing out your thoughts and ideas, and receiving feedback, you will naturally improve your vocabulary and grammar skills... Furthermore, in my English class, not only will I teach you how to write a fluid essay but also how to think critically, conduct research, and, yes, how to write grammatically correct sentences. In literature courses, you'll be exposed to diverse cultures, writers, and thinkers.
