Mr. Shiv Prakash is whole heartedly interested in enriching people’s lives. With his knowledge, he tries to focus on the well-being of his students & does not limit himself to just teaching the subject of yoga, but goes beyond that & tries to cover other aspects like diet, sleeping habits, etc.

I have practiced yoga under him. I am a yoga teacher myself but I learnt a lot from him. His technique and style of teaching is very motivating. It made a huge difference to my body to have some else for a change correcting my postures. I would definitely recommend him
