About Shadae
I’ve worked with dancers young and old from beginner to professional level for over ten years. My main expertise falls under the scope of flexibility and strength training, drilling combinations to expand on technical understanding, personalized body conditioning for stronger foundations and much more. My training in modern and house dance early in my professional career through the Ailey program helped me to become especially equipped with helping dancers of all shapes, sizes, and walks of life.
