As an experienced e-commerce specialist, I have been working intensively with B2B business via Amazon Vendor Central (1P) for several years. Through my daily practical work, I am familiar not only with the enormous potential but also with the typical pitfalls that manufacturers and brands face: from stagnant margins and complex annual sales negotiations (AVN) to frustrating logistics penalties and confusing ad campaigns.
