About Nirlok
I’m a New York University graduate, double major, law student, and competitive student-athlete who understands what it takes to perform at a high level—both academically and physically.
What I want to teach goes beyond just skills or training sessions. I teach discipline, consistency, and how to show up even on the days you don’t feel like it. I want my athletes to understand how to manage pressure, build confidence, and develop a mindset that carries over into every part of life.
My goal is to help you become not just a better athlete, but a more complete individual—someone who knows how to work hard, stay focused, and trust the process even when it’s uncomfortable.
Because success isn’t just about talent—it’s about habits, mindset, and the standard you hold yourself to every single day.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching—because you’re not one-size-fits-all.
As a New York University graduate, double major, law student, and student-athlete, I’ve learned how to balance pressure, perform under stress, and still grow. That’s exactly what I bring into my coaching.
When you work with me, it’s not just about sessions—it’s about understanding you. Your strengths, your weaknesses, how you learn, and what actually motivates you. I adapt my approach to fit your style so you’re not just working hard, you’re working smart.
I’ll hold you accountable, push you when needed, and support you when it matters most. Whether your goal is improving performance, building confidence, or competing at a higher level, I’m fully invested in your progress.
This isn’t just coaching—it’s a partnership focused on getting you real results
