About Sourav
I'm Sourav Paul, a certified Yoga Instructor, having 6 years of experience in teaching Yoga.
After completing YIC (Yoga Instructor Course), currently pursuing an M.Sc in yoga from SVYASA University (India's oldest UGC recognized grade A+ Yoga university).
Apart from practicing Yoga, I'm in love with Yogic Philosophy, Ancient Scriptures, Chants, and everything about the great Indian heritage of 5000 years.

Don't confuse Yoga with physical exercise. You see people are stretching, doing all kinds of postures - are a very little part of Yoga, I would say that's only 4% of Yoga.
Yoga is something else. It's more mind related than physical. As Maharshi Patanjali said in his Patanjali Yoga Sutra: 1.2, "Yogascittavrttinirodhah", which means - "Yoga is Mastery over the Mind". By practicing asanas, we actually use the body to gain mastery over the mind.
I teach our 5000-year-old heritage online, through video calling apps like Skype, Whatsapp video call, etc. In the session, I make you understand the history and philosophy of Yoga. Will discuss your health issues and goals. I will come up with a personalized Yogasana chart for you. Will teach you every posture slowly and correctly as per the ancient Yogic texts and then describe you the posture scientifically.
Will not only guide you to practice, will teach you about the benefits and limitations of the particular Asana, and track your improvements.
