About Hashim
Recently finished A-Levels with A*'s is History, Economics and the EPQ and an A in Maths. Passionate about making sure that learning is presented in a way that unlocks the innate curiosity of every student in order to help them achieve their full potential.
I can also tutor Economics and History GCSE whereby you will be handed notes in the form of essay plans that you can revise off whilst we discuss each aspect of the specification to ensure you are comfortable.
I have debated in national competitions reaching the finals of the Cambridge schools debating competition. As captain of my school's debating team, I am experienced in passing on my knowledge on various competitions in the UK in making sure debaters have the right structure and line of argument to achieve success. Examples of competitions I can help with are the Cambridge Schools, Oxford Schools and MACE Competition.

I can teach Maths from 11+ level to GCSE Level. My teaching methodology involves going through a variety of examples on a topic. The students can then engage in attempting problems and asking questions whenever they get stuck or are unsure of something. There would then be further work set in order to ensure consolidation of the topic. My teaching methods involve using active recall and spaced repetition so that revision is always active not passive as well as consistent not left to be crammed before an exam.
