I enjoy building relationships with the individuals that i work with in order to get the best outcomes for every individual
My teaching method is based on positive reinforcement, i do not like to discourage individuals for what they are doing wrong however, encouraging what they are doing right, instilling confidence in each person, therefore making each individual more willing to progress towards their goals, however i will still be able to address mistakes on hold people accountable for their own goals
First 2 sessions are free.
Private sessions will be $18 per hour or $30 for 3 sessions of 45 minutes per week.
I am able to provide training gear and equipment as well as travelling to your place if it is preferrable.
