About Miriam
I have worked in Apple service, tech, and creative fields for many years. I enjoy assisting seniors with tech, helping make their digital world safe, productive, and fun. I understand how overwhelming tech can be for seniors and people in general. But, don't stress, I can help.

This lesson plan is build around you. We will assess your needs and use your time wisely. Follow up includes a breakdown of the lesson sent to your email, link to my website that is devoted to helping seniors in tech and a newsletter signup option where you can receive loads of free tips, guides and info. For instance, what do you know about Apple's new leasing program? When should you upgrade your iPhone? How does AppleCare work on a Mac? What is an Apple ID and how do you use it? I offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can discuss your needs and how I can help. If you don't know what you need help with, I can suggest many topics that might be of interest to you.
