About Edward
I am a current undergrad student in University of Waterloo. I have a strong passion in mathematics and I like to talk to people in general. Please do not hesitate to communicate with me once there exists any issues.
My goal here is to teach you mathematics, improve your grades and make friend with you. I will be especially happy if you start to like math.

My teaching methodology is to always start with the basics. I believe that a lot of students are intimidated by Math. I will try my best to let them understand from the most basic aspect and progress.
A typical lesson plan is:
-review homework(if I set any)
-go through and explain difficult parts.
-Begin new material (definitions, properties + examples)
-stop when there exists problem.
-set homework
-create a lesson report for student after class.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my experience, passion, patience and clarity. I believe that I am the type that can fulfill student's need and adjust my lesson plan accordingly.
Lessons are for:
Elementary, Middle school, High school
Can teach:
Math (This includes: algebra, geometry, statistics, pre-calculus, calculus, linear algebra, etc.)
