About Arihanna
I am originally from Spain and I trained as a healthcare professional, working for several years in the medical field, supporting and caring for people in hospitals.
Over time, I realized that my way of helping others went beyond the physical aspect. I have always been deeply interested in emotional well-being, psychology, and understanding how we experience and process our emotions.
This led me to train as a yoga and meditation teacher and to shift the way I support people.
I have taught yoga in Mallorca and continued teaching while traveling through Asia, which allowed me to integrate my practice into different cultures and life experiences.
I am currently living in Australia, continuing with the same purpose: helping people feel better within themselves, reduce stress, and learn how to manage their emotions in a more conscious and balanced way.
I consider myself a very empathetic person, deeply connected to human emotions and personal growth. For me, working with people and supporting their well-being is not just a job, it is a way of life.
In my classes, I combine yoga, meditation, and self-awareness tools to create a safe space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and reconnect.

In my classes, we’ll focus on what you need. It’s important for me to understand what you’re looking for, so we can work on it together step by step.
Yin Yoga is a slow and gentle practice where we learn to stay with stillness and discomfort in a safe way. It helps you get to know yourself better through silence, breath, and holding postures for longer periods. It also improves flexibility by working deeply into the fascia, the deepest connective tissue in the body.
In the meditation part, we’ll focus on something very simple but powerful: breathing. It’s one of our biggest allies to reduce stress, calm the mind, and manage anxiety if that’s something you experience. Together, we’ll explore different techniques until we find the ones that actually work for you.
I also read tarot cards if you ever feel lost, need guidance, or simply want a message to reflect on.
