There are so many studies and research that shows the importance of keeping our brains learning. Adults sometimes worry about the onset of dementia, or if our children are well-rounded and “bright”. The good news is that, we have come a long way in brain development studies in children and adults-giving us insight on what we can do to exercise our brains.
For decades, scientists have studied and compared brains from birth. There is strong evidence that when we don’t use our brains for any of the following activities, there is less activity in the brain as a result. If we don’t use it, we lose it.
However, there are things we can do to keep these parts of our brain wired! Some examples include learning new languages, playing music, exercising, being active, creating art, creative dance, putting together puzzles including crosswords, solving riddles and problem solving. Of course it doesn’t stop here.
Fortunately, Ms. Darlene ensures that learning art is fun, meaningful and inspiring to her students. She respects, but challenges every art student no matter the age, to ensure their mastery of each skill.

Krista's online school-Early Learning & Fitness Academy allowed me and my family to improve our lives. My son Brandon has really improved in 5th grade Math and Writing! My spouse and I are both taking art courses to learn painting techniques.
I totally will recommend ELFA to anyone who wants to improve their life and gain some skills in academic subjects or to take up a hobby.
Seriously, it's a lot to do and to choose from, and we can't wait to see what the summer camps are going to be like!Krista is an easy-going good teacher that will assist in your English needs.
I work with Krista at TeachCast with Oxford. She teaches Indonesian students online, from the K-12 and University levels. Krista's done a fabulous job, keeping them engaged and speaking better English conversations.
Krista is a very talented teacher who goes above and beyond the 'quota'. Her personal passion for education sets her apart from others, as she always delivers an engaging education that is not only comprehensible, but unique to the student. Her students show high improvement and parents thank her. She has over 20+ years in the field. I can proudly say that her compassion for delivering the best education possible is not lost. I truly recommend her!!
