About Aisha

My goal is to provide children with a therapeutic outlet for their thoughts and feelings, while encouraging their growth and creativity. For adults, the sessions are centred around using art as a tool for self-reflection, relaxation, and emotional healing. I guide each participant through personalised activities that allow them to process emotions, reduce stress, and gain deeper insight into themselves. Whether in one-on-one or group settings, my approach ensures that participants feel supported, empowered, and equipped to manage their mental well-being.
