About Archie
Having started Ashtanga 11 years ago now, I really notice the physical and mental benefits of yoga, and want to share them with as many people as I can. Armed with a first-class Master's in Neuroaesthetics, I specialise in methods to make meditation easier (through art and wearable neuro-tech!). My biomedical sciences background has also deepened my understanding of human physiology and anatomy, which I bring to my lessons! I also have 3 years of experience as an SEN teacher and have taught yoga to the children that I've worked with! I am really friendly, caring, and have a deep love for helping and supporting others.

Embark on your yoga journey with me! I have been a teacher for 3 years now and have over a decade of experience immersed in Ashtanga. Tailoring sessions to your unique needs, my calming approach adapts sessions to you and your goals! Elevate your practice with an optional neurofeedback meditation post-session - a machine-aided meditation that uses AI-generated soundscapes and your own brainwaves to help you reach a deepened state of relaxation. Each class is 1-1.5 hours in total. I teach beginner-intermediate students, and love to share all aspects of the yogic lifestyle—including meditation, breath work, and diet. My focus is on optimising both your physical and mental health. Whether your goals are weight loss, strength building, increased flexibility, improving mental well-being, or simply finding new ways to feel great, these are all achievable through regular sessions. Join me on this holistic journey to a healthier, happier you!

I have such amazing experiences during my sessions with Archie. As a tutor he’s very kind and calm, and does a great job of tailoring to your needs, making you feel more confident in areas you feel less comfortable in. I found the neuro feedback to be really relaxing, leaving my sessions in a calm, positive mindset.
