About Matei

I took part in the founding of an engineering company in 2005 and still working as a senior consultant in this context. The prosperity of this company demonstrates my skills in management and development strategy. I've been also teaching Management and Sociology for several years in four different universities (Paris-Dauphine, Evry, Villetaneuse, Reims), and had under my responsibility 23 groups of students (from the 1st to 3rd year of "Licence"). I also supervised 10 Master's thesis over two years.

About the lesson

My course features a good overall vision of all the challenges that entrepreneurs have to face (accounting, tax and institutional relations, HR, management, marketing & communication ...), enabling the students to cope with the context, and identify the main actors implicated (industrial / economic but also medias and institutional actors) and understand their operating logic.
