About Atharva
I am Atharva from India. I have been playing FIDE rating tournaments since 2021. I have a FIDE rating of 1862 as of July 2025. I know how difficult it is to train by yourself. It is always much easier if one has a personal chess coach to guide you through the journey of chess improvement. If you want to improve as well, I am here to help! Co-founder, Chesseract with my partner International Master (IM) Kashish Jain (2401). Here are some of my achievements. ● Winner of Matti Per Gli Scacchi Gennaio Open 2024. (Italy) ● Represented India at multiple international tournaments in 10+ countries. ● Got interviewed by Chessbase India at the Gujarat International GM Open 2022. (concealed information) I have been coaching for the past 4 years in different countries and different age groups. It all comes down to great opening preparation, positional aspects of the game, tactical ability, and calculation. Almost all of my students have shown substantial growth in these areas. Anyone can improve quickly, given the right lessons.
