I made many mistakes when I started long distance running, so I am glad to share my experience with beginners to avoid injury and have proper scientific training. I have cert in sport science, can give advice in daily nutrition and recovery advice.

Lesson Duration: 60 minutes Lesson Overview: Warm-Up, Main Workout & Cool Down Level: Beginner to Intermediate Goals: (1) Improving your endurance, running technique and overall fitness by learning the fundamentals of long distance running. (2) Finding motivation to go the distance. (3) Build strong mental and push your limit.
