About Aidan
I’m Aidan, and I’ve always been passionate about cars and helping people grow in their careers. I started as an apprentice and know how challenging it can be to gain confidence, master technical skills, and stand out in a busy workshop. I’ve progressed quickly into Vehicle Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Workshop Controller, and R&D Engineer, gaining strong experience in high-voltage systems and advanced vehicle diagnostics, including work on Porsche and high-performance vehicles. I want to share the strategies and guidance that helped me succeed so apprentices and early-career technicians can build skills, gain confidence, and advance their careers faster and smarter
