About ANGELIQUE
Hi! I’m Angel, your go-to tutor for turning educational challenges into triumphs.
I'm currently tutoring young learners from kindergarten to Year 11, and I'm passionate about making each lesson as fun as it is effective. With a knack for creative and personalized teaching, I tailor each session to fit your unique learning style and needs. Whether we're breaking down complex math problems or exploring the intricacies of English literature, my approach ensures that learning is engaging and relatable.
My sessions are more than just academic; they're about building confidence, fostering a love for learning, and creating a supportive environment where you can ask questions and explore ideas without hesitation. I’m here not just as a tutor, but as a mentor who cheers you on every step of the way.
Outside of tutoring, I indulge in my love for music and the arts, often incorporating these elements into our lessons to enrich your learning experience. This blend of academic rigor and creative expression helps make each session unique and memorable. Let’s make learning something you look forward to every day!

Teaching Techniques and Methodology:
I believe in a student-centered approach where interaction and engagement lead to better learning outcomes. My lessons incorporate practical examples, interactive activities, and multimedia resources to cater to different learning styles. I focus on building confidence and understanding, ensuring that concepts are grasped fundamentally rather than just memorized.
Typical Lesson Length:
Each session typically lasts 60 minutes. This duration allows enough time to cover new material thoroughly and revisit previous topics without overwhelming the student. For younger children, I sometimes break this into two 30-minute sessions to maintain their attention and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
I am a soon-to-be graduate from the University of Exeter with a BSc in Business and Management, which includes proficiency in Spanish. I hold an IB Diploma and 6 IGCSE certificates, underpinning a solid academic foundation. My tutoring experience began informally by helping my three younger siblings with their studies, and I've since expanded to tutor other students in a more structured setting.
Target Audience:
My lessons are designed for a wide range of students, from kindergarteners exploring the basics of reading and arithmetic to Year 11 students preparing for GCSE exams. Subjects offered include English Language, Mathematics, Business, Psychology, Biology, Spelling, and Reading, tailored to meet the educational needs of each age group and learning level
