About Iris
I watch baking shows weekly and love to try new recipes. I practice my technique and have experience teaching my nephew through online zoom calls. My nephew has really enjoyed learning how to create delicious baked treats from scratch. The best part, of course, is eating the yummy dessert.

I teach by modeling and then describing explaining the process as my students follow along. I watch and observe their methods and give feedback and suggestions for improvement. I believe in sharing the joy in baking. I strive to make it fun and engaging.
