About Laureen
I’m a dedicated Filipino American high school artist with years of consistent study since middle school, specializing in both traditional and digital work. I’ve earned Gold and Silver Keys in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, graduated from the QSSA Virtual program with merit, and refined my painting skills at the selective CSSSA summer program. I also have experience contributing to animated short films and concept art pitches.
Beyond my own practice, I’ve worked with younger students and understand how to teach in a patient, structured, and supportive way. I prioritize clear communication, individualized guidance, and helping each student build both skill and confidence in their work.
