About Joaquina Chuen Lok
My name is Joaquina Wilson and I am a second year Bachelor of Arts student at the University of Melbourne majoring in Psychology and Criminology. Apart from that, I am also a dance teacher and choreographer with Flare Dance Ensemble.
Regardless of whether I am teaching dance or Psychology, I believe all students deserve the opportunity to learn and unlock their potential. I am enthusiastic about tutoring as it is very rewarding to watch students grow and improve.

As a dance teacher with Flare Dance Ensemble, I am very passionate about using my skills and knowledge to aid student growth, both in dance and in academics. Having taken the International Baccalaureate, I received a 7 for Psychology at a Higher Level and an overall mark of 42.
My teaching maximises student learning by prioritising discipline with student growth. I tailor my lessons to individual needs so that students can get the most out of my teaching.
My lessons last for an hour, and are meant for high school students taking IB Psychology at a Standard Level or Higher Level. As a dancer with 7-years of experience, I am also available for jazz funk or contemporary lessons at a Beginner or Intermediate level.
