I teach violin and music theory.
The classes can be 30 or 60 minutes long.
The violin method is based on the body and the correct posture of the instrument. This means that we will work a mix between the philosophy and Suzuki method and exercises that reinforce the student's muscle memory. Later on we will approach new methods that enhance the student's learning (Laureaux, Sevcik, Kayser, among others).
For the class we require the student's instrument, and a music stand. The classes are aimed at students from 10 years of age and up.

Perfect! Jose is very knowledgeable and professional, he was able to build great rapport and motivate a young teenage student. He can explain complex methodology well and understand the student’s support needs. I highly recommend him.
