About Daniel
I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus in Mechatronics, from Ryerson University. I have 3 years of professional experience working in the manufacturing, robotics, and product design fields. I enjoy creating parts and assemblies on SolidWorks and I hold a SolidWorks certificate as a "Certified SolidWorks professional".
I have experience designing sheet metal parts, machined parts, 3D printed parts (jigs and fixtures), cabinetry, and art sculptures. I also have experience in creating engineering drawings, parts or assemblies, involving GD&T, BOM tables, revision tables, exploded views, detailed views, and more. I am able to perform Stack-up analysis involving multiple parts.

I like to set up my students for success by providing them all of the SolidWorks customizations that I use at the beginning to make things more efficient. I explain problems/issues with drawings and examples. I stand out as a tutor because I also have the practical knowledge of the real world, so I would not teach you anything that would be irrelevant in an engineering job. I have experience teaching any ages from kids to adults.
